Outreach Program Manager, Business Development Office, UW Medicine

John Michael leads system-wide outreach strategy for UW Medicine, managing a team of outreach coordinators and the referral partner relationships that connect community hospitals and clinics to UW Medicine's specialty services.  His work sits at the intersection of clinical operations and technology: he is currently building AI-enabled infrastructure to turn field intelligence into actionable insight for clinicians and operational leadership.

Before joining the Business Development Office, John Michael served as a business development and strategic outreach coordinator supporting UW Medicine's Heart Institute and several years as a Medtronic surgical device representative.
