Dr. Beixin Julie He is a Seattle-based cardiac electrophysiologist with a strong commitment to clinical service, medical education, and program building. As the Director of Cardiac Electrophysiology at the VA Puget Sound Health Care System and Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Washington, she has focused her career on expanding care access and introducing advanced arrhythmia therapies to underserved patients. She brings an extensive academic background that includes a joint MD/PhD in molecular physiology from the University of Iowa followed by post graduate training at Northwestern University, Yale, and UCSF. Dr. He remains deeply grounded in the human side of medicine. Whether she is introducing new services and procedures to her hospital, mentoring fellows on complex arrhythmia mechanisms, or working directly with patients, she approaches her roles with a humble dedication to improving lives through clinical excellence and collaborative growth.
