Lauren Weber, MD

Lauren is a 2003 graduate of the University of Florida and a 2007 graduate of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. She completed her Internal Medicine residency, Chief Resident year, and Cardiovascular Fellowship Program at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. During her time at Walter Reed she served as the Associate Program Director for the Cardiovascular fellowship program, Director of Echocardiography and Director of Advanced Cardiac Imaging. She also concurrently served as the Deputy Chief of the Department of Medicine, responsible for over 800 personnel and the operations of 13 services. Lauren also served a tour as Flight Surgeon for the US Marine Corps. She holds certifications in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine, Adult Echocardiography, Cardiac Computed Tomography, and Nuclear Cardiology. She is currently a Cardiologist with Wenatchee Valley Medical Group in Wenatchee, WA. Lauren is passionate about how medical professionals can maximize influence and develop leadership, and has presented local and international workshops to help healthcare workers develop those skills.
