Jair Mauricio Cerón Bohórquez, M.D. is a Colombian-German general surgeon, board-certified by the German surgical board with advanced training in plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. He is the owner and medical director of Medical Contour Private Practice and Academy in Hamburg, where he focuses on ultrasound-guided minimally invasive medical aesthetics and complication management.

He has extensive facial anatomy and cadaver dissection training and works as an international key opinion leader, speaker and trainer for companies including Cynosure-Lutronic, Galderma and SIBUS-In, where he is also a member of the development board for innovative finger-mounted ultrasound probes. Dr. Cerón is a partner of Cutaneous Facial Ultrasound, an international reference center for facial ultrasound education, an international board member of the Complications in Medical Aesthetic Collaborative (CMAC), Vice President of its Latin American chapter, and co-initiator of the International Summit on Ultrasonography in Aesthetics together with IMCAS in Paris.
