Private Endoscopic Intensive Course by Dr. Kassir

The Kassir Private Endoscopic Intensive is a two day, surgeon only educational program focused on endoscopic facial rejuvenation techniques, with particular emphasis on the brow, temple and midface. The course combines structured surgical education, live surgical observation and hands on cadaver dissection to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of patient selection, relevant anatomy, surgical planning, endoscopic access, tissue release, fixation techniques, equipment setup and intraoperative decision making. On the first day, participants will review the anatomical and technical principles of endoscopic facial rejuvenation, followed by patient evaluation and markings and observation of a live endoscopic brow and midface lift performed by Dr. Ramtin Kassir. Real time surgical commentary and discussion will allow participants to review operative steps, clinical decision making and potential challenges throughout the procedure. The second day is dedicated to hands on cadaveric dissection. Participants will perform the procedural steps under direct guidance, including endoscopic access, temporal dissection, brow release, orbital and midface release, nerve identification and safety, fixation and integration of deep plane concepts. The small group format is designed to allow direct interaction, individualized feedback and practical application of the techniques presented during the course.

Plastic, reconstructive and facial plastic surgeons with an interest in advanced endoscopic facial rejuvenation techniques.

Learning Objectives

Identify appropriate patient selection criteria and anatomical considerations for endoscopic brow, temple and midface rejuvenation.
Describe the essential equipment, operating room setup and workflow required for endoscopic facial rejuvenation procedures.
Demonstrate an understanding of endoscopic access, dissection planes, ligamentous release and key anatomical landmarks.
Recognize important neural structures and apply strategies to reduce the risk of nerve injury during endoscopic dissection.
Compare different fixation strategies, including vector selection and fixation with an Endotine system.
Apply the procedural steps of endoscopic brow, temporal and midface release during supervised cadaveric dissection.
Analyze intraoperative decision making, troubleshooting and complication avoidance during live endoscopic facial rejuvenation surgery
Integrate endoscopic techniques and selected deep plane concepts into an individualized surgical treatment plan.
