Judith Liu is the Education Project Manager for the United Nurses Association of California Union of Health Care Professionals (UNAC/UHCP). In this role, she plans and develops educational programs that empower nurses and healthcare professionals to advance their careers, strengthen leadership skills, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

She holds a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She began her nursing career in 2005, with clinical experience in Intensive Care, Interventional Radiology, and Post-Anesthesia Care.

She currently serves as a council member on the California Health Workforce Education and Training Council, advocating for evidence-based medicine and innovative strategies to address health equity and the growing mental health crisis.
