Jacqueline Bowman, MSN, RN, serves as the Director of Education for the United Nurses Associations of California/Union of Health Care Professionals (UNAC/UHCP). Since joining the organization in 2012, she has held multiple leadership roles, including Education Project Manager, Staff Representative, and Organizer. With more than 20 years of nursing experience, primarily in pediatrics, Jacqueline brings a clinical, educational, and advocacy perspective to her work. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and is passionate about advancing health equity and increasing awareness of how social determinants of health impact vulnerable populations, patient outcomes, and the communities health care professionals serve.
