Stacy Chamberlain, Licensed Attorney, Oregon State Bar (OSB No 012295); J.D., Willamette University College of Law; Certified Executive Coach (ICF); Class Speaker, Harvard Trade Union Program.

Stacy Chamberlain, J.D., is a licensed attorney, certified executive coach, and founder of Flower Street Strategies. She helps healthcare teams and public agencies address the problems that drive burnout, erode retention, and make change hard to sustain.
She brings a perspective few speakers in this space can offer: she has worked on both sides of the table. As Executive Director of Oregon AFSCME, she led an organization representing more than 40,000 workers across Oregon. As an International Vice President of AFSCME, she represented 1.4 million public service workers nationwide. She has served as Chief of Staff to an Oregon State Senator, Senior Policy Advisor to a Portland City Commissioner, and lead law clerk at the U.S. Attorney's Office. Governor Kitzhaber appointed her to the Public Employees Benefits Board, and Governor Brown appointed her to the Board of Directors of Oregon Health & Science University. The Senate confirmed both appointments.
She speaks on the issues healthcare workers are living with right now: burnout as a systems problem rather than a personal failing, Bodies at Work: Postpartum, Menopause, and Periods in the Workplace, and what AI is actually doing to the people who deliver care.
Stacy earned her law degree from Willamette University College of Law.
Attendees leave with frameworks they can apply the next day and a clearer understanding of what is really driving pressure in their organizations.
