Jacqueline Starks, CDE®, known professionally as the Transformation Doctor, is an accomplished organizational consultant and founder of Jacque of All TradeZ, a practice dedicated to advancing inclusive excellence across industries and institutions. She brings more than 25 years of experience leading organizational transformation, strengthening workplace culture, and delivering high‑impact Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategies.

Jacque holds multiple certifications, including Certified Diversity Executive (CDE®), Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), Colors, DiSC, Strengths, and several Alternative Dispute Resolution methodologies such as Interest‑Based Negotiation. She earned all her academic degrees from Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business.

A trusted advisor and facilitator, Jacque has consulted independently and collaboratively with organizations across the public and private sectors, including higher education, healthcare, state, local, and tribal governments, public utilities, the legal profession, construction, and nonprofit organizations. She is widely recognized for her ability to build consensus, foster collaboration, and design programs that drive measurable outcomes.
