Overview

The LTTL Symposium brings together change-makers across the state of MN, advancing access to whole health services for the communities who need it most. It will:

  • Gather people from diverse locations, communities, and populations
  • Provide collaboration and networking opportunities
  • Highlight integrative and whole-person health alongside conventional medicine in chronic pain care
  • Foster connections among stakeholders for ongoing and future wellness initiatives

Target Audience

This activity is designed for an audience of Physicians, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Social Workers and Psychologists.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of the educational activity, participants should be able to:

  • Explain the principles of whole-person pain care and the social drivers of chronic pain.
  • Identify integrative and evidence-informed strategies for chronic pain management, including group medical visits and trauma-informed approaches.
  • Apply multidisciplinary approaches to improve care coordination and outcomes for patients experiencing chronic pain and substance use disorders.
