The NYC Facelift and Rhinoplasty Master Course is an intensive, 4-day educational program designed to provide advanced training in the fields of facelift and rhinoplasty surgery. This master course represents a unique opportunity for professionals in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery to receive world-class training from leading experts in an immersive, practical learning environment.

This activity is designed for an audience of physicians and nurses.

Learning Objectives

  • Compare structural, preservation, and hybrid rhinoplasty techniques and select the appropriate operative framework based on airway function, tissue characteristics, and long-term structural stability.
  • Apply advanced tip support principles and dorsal management strategies to improve predictability and durability in primary and revision rhinoplasty.
  • Execute deep plane facelift dissection with precise identification of retaining ligaments, facial nerve branches, and critical vascular structures.
  • Differentiate between deep plane, high SMAS, and SMASectomy techniques and determine appropriate indications based on patient anatomy and risk profile.
  • Perform advanced cervical rejuvenation techniques, including platysma management and submandibular gland reduction when indicated.
  • Demonstrate cadaver-based dissection of midface, periorbital, and deep neck planes with improved anatomical orientation and operative efficiency.
  • Recognize early intraoperative and postoperative warning signs of complications and implement evidence-informed management strategies.
  •  Integrate structural fat grafting and regenerative adjuncts into comprehensive facial rejuvenation planning when appropriate.
  • Develop structured patient evaluation and operative planning algorithms that improve case selection and procedural sequencing.
  •  Apply systematic consultation and planning strategies that enhance expectation alignment and treatment clarity.
