After world class plastic surgery training at Stanford, Dr. Holly Casey Wall began practice in Shreveport, Louisiana in 2001 with her husband, Simeon Wall, Jr. Dr. Holly Wall is an expert in breast and body contouring, and breast revision surgery. She is an Associate Clinical Professor at UTSW and also is co-director of an Aesthetic Society endorsed fellowship. She has spoken all of the world about breast and body surgery. She has done live mastopexy augmentation surgery at Baker Gordon in 2025 and at Atlanta Breast in 2023. Despite a private practice, she contributes to the body of plastic surgery knowledge with presentations, papers, and chapters. She is president elect for the Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
