Dr. Lauren E. Eggert, MD is a board‑certified, fellowship-trained pulmonologist and associate professor in the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, Allergy and Sleep Medicine at UCSF. She specializes in airway diseases, including asthma and COPD, with a special interest in environmental health and sustainability.  In addition to seeing patients, she is very involved in the teaching of medical trainees, clinical research, and in various professional societies including the California Thoracic Society, American Thoracic Society, and the American Academy of Allergy and Immunology.
