Heather Hantak, PT, MSPT

I graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Master of Science in PT in 1999 and have worked in pediatric physical therapy for over 26 years. I have worked in school settings in St. Louis, MO and Paducah, KY, and I have worked in outpatient hospital settings at Baylor Health Care System and Children's Health in the Dallas, TX area, and currently at UF Health in Gainesville, FL and Baptist Health of South Florida in Wellington, FL. Additional certifications or trainings I have had include training in: Theratogs, Kinesiotaping, Turtle braces, aquatic therapy, car seat training, torticollis, Walk Aide Functional Electrical Stimulation, and serial casting. As part of my current job, I work one day per week in the UF Health neuromuscular and rare diseases clinic in which we see many patients with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
