Dr. Emanuel Mostofi was born in Iran and spent his formative years in the Dominican Republic and Canada, experiences that shaped his multicultural outlook and passion for global medicine. He completed his medical training and pediatric neurology residency at the University of Alberta/Stollery Children’s Hospital and is currently completing subspecialty training in neuromuscular medicine with a focus on electrodiagnostics and neuromuscular ultrasound at Stanford. Dr. Mostofi’s clinical and research interests center on the intersection of neuromuscular ultrasound, immunology, and the diagnosis and management of complex neuromuscular disorders. He is committed to improving diagnostic precision and expanding access to high-quality neuromuscular care through innovation, education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
