Dr. Kelsey Garcia, PT, DPT, NCS, CSRS is a board-certified neurologic clinical specialist and core faculty member of the University of Miami/Jackson Rehabilitation Hospital Neurologic Physical Therapy Residency.  She holds a certification as a stroke rehabilitation specialist and currently serves as an outpatient physical therapist at the Christine E. Lynn Rehabilitation Center as well as an assistant professor at University of Miami Doctor of Physical Therapy program.  Additionally, Dr. Garcia has been involved with various clinical research trials at The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis.  Her clinical care focuses on traumatic brain injury and stroke while her research focus includes outcome measure development and feasibility in the spinal cord injury population.
