Dr. Henry Moore is Associate Professor of Clinical Neurology and member of the Division of Parkinson’s disease and Movement Disorders of the University of Miami, designated as a Parkinson Foundation Center of Excellence. Dr. Moore is also Director of Movement Disorders for Palm Beach County which operates at our satellite office at UHealth Boca Raton and Director of the Neurology Clinic at UHealth Boca Raton. He earned his undergraduate and medical degree at Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia – School of Medicine, Lima – Peru. He performed his Neurology Residency and Movement Disorders Fellowship at Jackson Memorial Hospital / University of Miami – Miller School of Medicine. He has been faculty of the Department of Neurology since 2011. Dr. Moore is member of the American Academy of Neurology, Movement Disorders Society and Huntington Study Group. Dr. Moore’s clinical and research interests include motor and non-motor manifestations of Parkinson’s disease, dystonia, Huntington’s disease, ataxia, unusual movement disorders and neurodisparities. Dr Moore has been co-director of the Huntington’s disease Clinic since 2019, Director of the HDSA Huntington’s Disease Center of Excellence since 2021 and Medical Director of the American Parkinson’s disease Association (APDA) Information and Referral Coordination Center since 2021.
