Megan Labreck, PharmD, BCPS
Dr. LaBreck received her PharmD from The Ohio State College of Pharmacy in 2013. She completed both her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice residency and PGY2 Ambulatory Care at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. During her time in upstate New York, she obtained a teaching certificate in partnership with St. John Fisher College of Pharmacy in Rochester, NY.
Megan helped to establish the Antiarrhythmic clinic at Riverside Methodist Hospital in 2019 and serves the EP team across the system. In addition to daily patient appointments in the antiarrhythmic clinic, Dr. LaBreck sits on various cardiology guidance counsels within OhioHealth. ADE committee and is heavily involved within Heart Rhythm Society. As a preceptor, she challenges residents to apply clinical skills to become a confident, independent practitioners and build strong provider-patient relationships.
Dr. LaBreck is passionate about cardiology focused topics, especially atrial fibrillation and valvular disease, as well as hypercoagulable states. She is originally from Cincinnati, is a huge Bengal’s fan, and has been a member of the same Dynasty fantasy football league since 2010. Outside of pharmacy, she enjoys spending her free time traveling with her family, especially to the beach.
