Lauren K. Supra, RN, BC-FMP, is a registered nurse and board-certified functional medicine practitioner with a strong passion for advancing education in peptide therapy and longevity-focused care. She is currently completing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree, with anticipated graduation in 2027.

Lauren’s clinical background includes years in hospice nursing, where she witnessed firsthand how many individuals were losing quality of life far earlier than they should. That experience deepened her commitment to exploring more restorative, root-cause, and forward-thinking approaches to health and helped lead her to functional medicine, longevity medicine, and peptide therapy.

Today, Lauren is passionate about bridging the gap between peptide science and real-world understanding through responsible, evidence-informed education. Her mission is to help both healthcare professionals and the public better understand this rapidly evolving area of medicine with greater clarity, integrity, and purpose.
