Tracy Levitt, MD

Tracy Levitt, MD, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Indiana University in 1999, where she developed a strong foundation in the biological sciences. She continued her academic journey at Temple University School of Medicine, graduating with her Doctor of Medicine in 2004. Following medical school, Dr. Levitt trained in a rigorous residency program in Pathology at Temple University Hospital from 2004 to 2009, gaining extensive clinical expertise and diagnostic skills.
After her medical training, Dr. Levitt made the deliberate choice to focus on family caregiving from 2009 to 2020, a period during which she maintained connections to the medical community while developing a deep understanding of the challenges healthcare professionals face in balancing career demands with personal wellbeing. From 2019-2020, Dr. Levitt pursued advanced training and certification from The Life Coach School, a highly regarded professional coaching program that equipped her with evidence-based methodologies for facilitating personal and professional growth.
Following her coaching certification, Dr. Levitt founded Tracy Levitt, LLC, a specialized life coaching practice established in 2020 that focuses on supporting healthcare professionals. She expanded her professional impact through contract coaching relationships with Empowering Women Physicians (2020-2023) and The Fit Collective (2021-2024), where she led coaching programs specifically designed for medical professionals navigating career transitions and seeking improved work-life integration.
In 2024, she co-founded Physician Life Booster, an innovative group coaching practice dedicated to addressing physician burnout and promoting personal growth in women physicians.
Dr. Levitt brings a unique perspective to her professional work, combining her medical background, parenting experiences, and advanced coaching expertise. Her distinctive approach integrates scientific knowledge with practical coaching strategies to help physicians and healthcare professionals develop resilience, enhance leadership skills, and create fulfilling, sustainable careers in medicine.
