Andrew Harrison, Oculoplastic Surgeon

Dr. Andrew Harrison is a tenured Professor of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology at the University of Minnesota where he holds the Poland- Finke Endowed Chair and also serves as the Vice Chair for Clinical Affairs and Director of Oculoplastic Surgery. Dr. Harrison directs a 2-year ASOPRS fellowship in oculofacial plastic surgery and precepts ophthalmology residents, facial plastic surgery fellows, plastic surgery residents and dermatology fellows. He has published over 100 scientific papers and book chapters. He has given 100 talks nationally and internationally. His areas of interest include thyroid eye disease, eyelid spasms and cosmetic oculoplastic surgery. He serves on the ASOPRS education and fellowship committees. Dr. Harrison has received the ASOPRS Merrill Reeh Pathology Award and Research Awards and the AAO Senior Achievement Award. He has consistently received the Castle Connelly Top Doctors in America Award and been selected as one of America’s Top Ophthalmologists.
