Dr. H.L. Greenberg is Dr. Vegas, the founder of Las Vegas Dermatology® and ½ of the Derm Bros® with Dr. David Cotter.  Since, renting a room in an ENT’s office in 2007, his practice now encompasses a 10,000 square foot state of the art facility in the Summerlin Hospital Medical Center.  Laser and Light offerings at Las Vegas Dermatology® include:  Laser Hair Removal, CO2 Laser treatments (laser wrinkle removal), Laser Tattoo Removal, Laser Vein Removal, Sciton BBL & Moxi, while the facilities contain a lab for MOHS micrographic surgery and a spa area for skin treatments like microneedling (SkinPen®-for fine scars and wrinkles), chemical peels, facials, Hydrafacial®, Venus Viva Radiofrequency device for wrinkle reduction and more.  Las Vegas Dermatology® has a clinical research division with 2 coordinators and 9 clinical trials at the moment.  Medical Dermatology is at the heart of his practice, including special emphasis on Acne, Atopic Eczema, and Psoriasis.  With a love for the field of dermatology, Dr. Greenberg has travelled the world speaking on the subject and visiting friend’s clinics across the United States, India, South Korea and Vietnam and is a Board Member of DASIL- an international dermatology organization.  Integrating social media into what he does throughout his course of practice with new formats like TikTok and old favorites-YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, Dr. Greenberg enjoys making dermatology videos- his /lvderm YouTube channel has over 69,000 subscribers, 1 million views and he blogs monthly as “Dr. Vegas”.  The Derm Bros® evolved as a live lecture based question and answer program educating the community, covering such topics as “Skin Cancer and Scars”, “Psoriasis, Psoriatic Arthritis, and Psoriatic Mimics”, and “All Lasers, All The Time”.  In his spare time, Dr. Greenberg travels, trains Muay Thai and does his best to make the world a better place through the Las Vegas Dermatology Foundation founded in 2021, “For a Healthier and More Beautiful Life.”
