Apple Bodemer is a Professor of Dermatology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  After finishing her Dermatology residency, she completed an Integrative Medicine fellowship through the University of Arizona.  She was the first Dermatologist to be Board Certified in Integrative Medicine and is also Board Certified in Lifestyle Medicine.  Additionally, she is a founding faculty with LearnSkin and one of the core faculty for the Integrative Dermatology Certificate Program.  She has authored several chapters on Integrative Dermatology in the primary Integrative Medicine and Dermatology textbooks Additionally, she has authored educational curriculum for the University of Arizona Integrative Medicine Fellowship program as well as for the National Veterans Association Whole Health Initiative. 

She is committed to prevention and believes that the best way to impact health is to empower people to take their health into their own hands.  She has significant experience interacting with people through a variety of media outlets including radio, television, and print, and has worked with a variety of organizations and media platforms including The Plantrician Project, The Food Revolution Network, and MindBodyGreen.
