Naga Pannala, Senior Medical Director, Cardiology

Dr. Naga Pannala is a cardiologist and Senior Medical Director of Cardiology at ArchWell Health, where she leads the development and expansion of a multi state cardiovascular service line within a value based care model focused on Medicare Advantage populations. She has extensive experience designing scalable cardiovascular programs that integrate preventive cardiology, heart failure management, advanced imaging, and population health strategies into primary care centered delivery systems.
Prior to joining ArchWell Health, Dr. Pannala spent 6.5 years with Adventist Medical Group and the George Washington Medical Faculty Associates, where she was actively involved in their cardiac valve and advanced cardiovascular imaging programs. During this time, she developed expertise in multimodality cardiac imaging, structural heart disease evaluation, and collaborative cardiovascular care across community and academic practice settings.
Dr. Pannala has led the implementation of standardized clinical pathways, heart failure disease registries, quality improvement initiatives, and physician engagement strategies aimed at improving outcomes while reducing total cost of care. Her work has focused heavily on operationalizing value based cardiovascular care across diverse markets, with particular emphasis on care coordination, risk stratification, guideline directed medical therapy adherence, and reducing avoidable hospital utilization.
In addition to her clinical leadership role, Dr. Pannala is completing her Physician MBA through the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, with a focus on healthcare strategy, analytics, and value based healthcare transformation. She is passionate about the intersection of cardiovascular medicine, healthcare economics, and innovative care delivery models that improve both patient outcomes and system sustainability.
