Health Forward Summit 2026
The full day conference is a celebration of cancer survivorship, community and empowerment. Cancer survivors, caregivers, healthcare providers, community partners and stakeholders who support our mission are welcome. Attendees will hear from two keynote speakers as they gain practical tools to increase their sense of personal agency. By introducing the concept of recognizing one’s current capacity, the messages from our speakers offer a meaningful reframe... one that brings compassion, clarity, and a renewed sense of direction to the path ahead. For supportive care professionals, the experiential activities will offer a new lens for understanding how capacity influences engagement, along with practical ways to align care and communication with where someone truly is.
