Patrick Alexander, MD, is an interventional cardiologist with more than 15 years of clinical experience, specializing in coronary and peripheral vascular interventions. He is actively involved in the treatment of complex cardiovascular and vascular disease and was instrumental in establishing the Pulmonary Embolism Response Team at Henry Ford Providence Hospital. Dr. Alexander remains actively engaged in the multidisciplinary management of pulmonary embolism and venous thromboembolic disease. In collaboration with colleagues across multiple specialties, he participates in several large-scale clinical trials focused on advancing the diagnosis and treatment of venous thromboembolic disease.
