Douglas Horstmanshof, MD, FACC
Dr. Horstmanshof earned his medical degree at Northwestern University. He then completed his internal medicine residency, cardiology fellowship, and advanced heart failure and cardiac transplantation fellowship at Barnes-Jewish Hospital / Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine. “Dr. Doug” held progressive leadership positions during his 19-year tenure at INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma City, where he served as Director of INTEGRIS Advanced Cardiac Care, directly providing heart failure, heart transplant, and left ventricular assist device care and contributed meaningfully to clinical trials advancing the care of heart failure patients. He joined Corewell Health East as the Regional Director for Advanced Heart Failure in July of 2024.
