The Leaders Playbook: Develop Influence and Coach Your Healthcare Team

Effective leadership within multidisciplinary healthcare teams requires trust, credibility, communication, and the ability to influence and support others, often without formal authority. This interactive session introduces practical leadership and coaching strategies healthcare professionals can use to build trust, navigate resistance, ask effective questions, encourage collaborative problem-solving, and strengthen teamwork. Participants will develop skills for conducting coaching conversations that promote individual ownership, accountability, and effective team collaboration.

Target Audience

This educational activity is designed for an interprofessional audience of healthcare professionals, including registered nurses (RNs), certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs), nurse practitioners (NPs), physician assistants/associates (PAs), pharmacists, registered dietitian nutritionists (RDNs), physical therapists (PTs), occupational therapists (OTs), optometrists, audiologists, acupuncturists, and other healthcare professionals.
