Social work and counseling professionals face many challenges daily while helping others. In this role, proactive self-care is essential to maintain overall wellbeing, prevent burnout, and sustain professional effectiveness. This training will focus on a holistic approach to restoring a sense of balance while connecting with resources in the community.
Target Audience
This activity is designed for an audience of cancer counselors and hospital social workers.
