NYC Facelift & Rhinoplasty Master Course™
NYC Facelift and Rhinoplasty Master Course
April 23 - 26, 2026 I New York City I Activity Description 2026
The NYC Facelift & Rhinoplasty Master Course™ 2026 is a four-day, in-person advanced surgical education program designed for board-certified and board-eligible plastic surgeons, facial plastic surgeons, fellows in aesthetic and facial plastic surgery, and senior residents preparing for independent operative practice.
The program addresses advanced operative technique, anatomical precision, revision strategy, and long-term outcome optimization in facelift and rhinoplasty procedures. As surgical philosophies continue to evolve, there remains variability in technique selection, ligament release patterns, SMAS manipulation, structural support strategies, and complication management. This activity provides a structured forum for comparative analysis, intraoperative reasoning, and anatomy-driven surgical execution. The curriculum integrates full-length live surgical demonstrations, expert-moderated operative discussions, focused lecture blocks, keynote presentations, complication panels, structured debates, and hands-on cadaver laboratory dissection. The program emphasizes:
• Anatomy-driven surgical planning and ligament release strategy
• Comparative evaluation of deep plane, high SMAS, and SMASectomy techniques
• Structural, preservation, and hybrid rhinoplasty frameworks
• Revision sequencing and management of complex secondary cases
• Deep neck management and cervicomental contour optimization
• Integration of periorbital and brow procedures into comprehensive facial rejuvenation
• Longevity-based operative design and reproducibility of results
• Standardized approaches to complication recognition and mitigation
Through integration of operative observation, anatomical reinforcement, and expert faculty discussion, the activity is designed to elevate surgical judgment, technical refinement, and consistency in advanced facial aesthetic surgery across varying levels of experience.
Target Audience
The New York City Facelift & Rhinoplasty Master Course is designed for board-certified and board-eligible plastic surgeons, facial plastic surgeons, oculoplastic surgeons, and other specialists with a focus on aesthetic and reconstructive facial surgery. It is also highly relevant for fellows and residents seeking to advance their expertise in advanced facelift and rhinoplasty techniques. The program is tailored to practitioners with a strong interest in refining surgical skills, expanding their clinical knowledge, and staying at the forefront of innovation in facial aesthetics.
Learning Objectives
NYC Facelift and Rhinoplasty Master Course April 23 - 26, 2026 I New York City I Learning Objectives 2026 Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to: 1. Compare structural, preservation, and hybrid rhinoplasty techniques and select the appropriate operative framework based on airway function, tissue characteristics, and long-term structural stability. 2. Apply advanced tip support principles and dorsal management strategies to improve predictability and durability in primary and revision rhinoplasty. 3. Execute deep plane facelift dissection with precise identification of retaining ligaments, facial nerve branches, and critical vascular structures. 4. Differentiate between deep plane, high SMAS, and SMASectomy techniques and determine appropriate indications based on patient anatomy and risk profile. 5. Perform advanced cervical rejuvenation techniques, including platysma management and submandibular gland reduction when indicated. 6. Demonstrate cadaver-based dissection of midface, periorbital, and deep neck planes with improved anatomical orientation and operative efficiency. 7. Recognize early intraoperative and postoperative warning signs of complications and implement evidence-informed management strategies. 8. Integrate structural fat grafting and regenerative adjuncts into comprehensive facial rejuvenation planning when appropriate. 9. Develop structured patient evaluation and operative planning algorithms that improve case selection and procedural sequencing. 10. Apply systematic consultation and planning strategies that enhance expectation alignment and treatment clarity.
