- Review key cardiovascular clinical trials from the past year and summarize their implications for contemporary clinical practice.
- Evaluate evolving anticoagulation strategies across clinical settings, including atrial fibrillation and venous thromboembolism, with attention to optimization and de-escalation of combined antithrombotic therapy in patients with coexisting coronary artery disease.
- Discuss lipid-lowering strategies, including emerging LDL targets in high-risk patients with and without established atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.
